A very warm welcome at Bed and Breakfast La Vita Veluwe

In the beginning of 2020, in the middle of the corona period, we decided to go on an adventure as a family: we exchanged the Frisian Makkum for the beautiful Veluwse Wapenveld. Our family consists of parents, two children and two very sweet dogs. The dream of starting a B&B had always played in our minds and it felt like the right time to give our lives a new direction.

For us, the choice was crystal clear: we wanted to start a new chapter and that had to be sustainable. Not only for ourselves, but especially for the future of our children. Our house had to become an example of energy efficiency and sustainability. We built a brand new farmhouse in the form of a traditional farmhouse, but with a modern touch. This architectural gem is unique in the Netherlands and offers you a comfortable and modern experience, with a subtle nod to the past.

Our architect has given the local architectural style a contemporary twist, resulting in a beautiful home that captures the perfect harmony between old and new. For two years we have worked with heart and soul on the realization of our dream home. Day and night we are committed to getting everything ready, with your comfort and pleasure as the main goal!

My name is Mariska and together with my husband Marc I am at the helm of our B&B. We welcome you to be part of our welcoming and cozy environment. You will be staying in a house where love, passion and devotion can be felt in every corner. Our goal is to give you an unforgettable stay, where you can enjoy all modern facilities, surrounded by a beautiful piece of history and nature.
