General booking conditions

Reservation

At the time of reservation, it is always necessary to report the number of people who will be staying at B&B La Vita Veluwe. The reservation via www.lavitaveluwe.nl must be paid 7 days prior to arrival or within an hour after booking if it is made within 7 days. When booking through a booking platform (e.g. Booking.com), the cancellation and payment rules of the booking platform apply. 

Maximum occupancy rooms

B&B La Vita Veluwe has one two-person room and one four-person room at its disposal.

The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 people in the two-person room and 4 people in the four-person room. It is therefore not permitted to stay overnight or reside with more than the maximum number of people per room, nor consume breakfast. By agreement, a child can sleep on your bed with a child's bed. The cost for an extra child's bed is € 15.00 per night.

In case of exceeding the maximum occupancy as stated on the reservation form and/or the maximum occupancy, B&B La Vita Veluwe will charge 100% of the applicable overnight rate per infringement, in addition to the already due accommodation costs. Cancellation conditions do not apply. 

Age requirements for stay

We maintain a minimum age requirement to ensure peace and quality in our accommodation. Please take the following into account when booking:

• The main booker: You must be at least 23 years old to make a booking with us.
  
• In the room: There must always be at least one person of 23 years or older part of the travel group in the room.
  
• Control: We can ask for an identity document upon check-in. If the group does not meet this requirement, we regret that we are forced to cancel the booking. The cancellation conditions do not apply.

Extra/unexpected guests

If you wish to receive guests, please discuss with the host or hostess.

Check-in

Check-in is in principle from 15:00. By agreement with the hostess, a different time can be agreed upon. Check-in preferably before 21:00.

Please let us know at least one day prior to arrival when you expect to arrive and call the host or hostess on the day of arrival 30 minutes in advance. In this way, someone will be present and you do not have to wait unnecessarily. You can also arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and pick up the key. For check-in, please report at the front door of the B&B.

Check-out

Check-out is between 7:00 and no later than 10:30 on the day of departure. Depending on occupancy, a deviation from the maximum check-out time can be agreed upon with (and after permission from) the host or hostess. After permission has been given, an additional € 10,- per hour will be charged.
